Warranty & Shipping


To reach the PRC sales staff or to locate your nearest dealer, please call 812-897-5805 between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. CST. Monday-Friday. The PRC fax line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 812-897-5920. When placing an order, always include your full name and/or business name, shipping/billing address, phone number, and payment method. If an incorrect address is given, a UPS correction fee may be charged. A 7% sales tax will be charged to Indiana customers. To order a custom radiator please provide dimensions when ordering by using a PRC custom build sheet, (which can be found on our website), a hand sketch or by calling with detailed information. The customer is responsible for dimensions provided to PRC when placing a custom radiator order. Please contact PRC or an authorized PRC dealer for assistance to simplify the ordering process of a custom radiator.

Payment Terms

All Orders are credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover ), C.O.D., or prepayment. A $30.00 fee will be assessed to all returned checks.

Shipping Options

Product shipments are available by U.P.S. Special freight options are available for Next Day Air, Two Day Air, and Three Day Select shipments. (Special freight is not available in some geographic locations). Larger shipments are available to ship via Truck Freight.


PRC manufactured products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the invoice date. Performance Rod & Custom will repair or replace, at its discretion, any item determined to be defective that has been returned from the original purchaser during this period. A copy of the original invoice must accompany any product returned for warranty purposes. Any items returned for warranty inspection MUST have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number on the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA number. All returns must be shipped to PRC freight prepaid. This warranty does not extend to any product damaged from abuse, neglect, improper installation, or items damaged during shipping. Neither the seller nor Performance Rod & Custom is responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from direct or indirect use of any product sold by Performance Rod & Custom.


All returns must have an approved RGA number clearly written on the outside of the box and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. A 15% restocking fee well be assessed on all purchase-for-resale products sold by PRC
